Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the goods sold at Existential Horror, we have a return/refund policy in place to make things right.

If you wish to return something, please email kai@existentialhorror.com, and you will be given an address to send the goods back to. Once the goods have been returned, the price of the goods will be refunded to you.

There is a 14 day period to return the goods. Those 14 days begin from when the goods arrive at you.

For UK Residents

The shipping cost will also be refunded to you.

For worldwide residents

Unfortunately, due to the small size of this company (one person), I will not be able to refund the shipping cost. I apologize for this inconvenience.
